Personal data is any kind of information that can, to some extent, be attributed to you. When you visit our website, we collect and process a range of such information. This happens primarily when you fill out and submit our contact form, and via cookies and third-party services used to analyse and protect the use of the site.

We typically collect and process the following types of information:

• Technical information about your device, your IP address, and how you use the website (via cookies – see the cookie policy section below)
• The information you enter yourself in our contact form: name, email address, phone number, and any message

We do not use the website for sales, newsletter sign-ups, or user registration, and we therefore do not process payment information or create user profiles.

When you fill out and submit the contact form on the website, we process the information you provide (name, email, phone number, and message) in order to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, enter into an agreement for advisory services, courses, or coaching.

The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and/or Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries from prospective and existing clients).

Information from the contact form is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and follow up on any collaboration, and is deleted thereafter, unless otherwise required by law, e.g. the Danish Bookkeeping Act in connection with a concluded agreement.

The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which analyses your interaction with the form to prevent spam and automated submissions. This means that information about your device and behaviour on the site may be processed by Google. You can read more about Google's data processing in their privacy policy.

We use WP Statistics to analyse how visitors use our website (e.g. number of visits and which pages are viewed). This solution is self-hosted, meaning that data is stored, by default, on our own server and is not shared with an external third party for marketing purposes.

The website loads fonts directly from Google Fonts. When you visit the site, your IP address is therefore sent to Google in connection with loading the fonts. You can read more about how Google processes information in their privacy policy.

We process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act.

Your information is used solely for the purpose for which it was collected and is deleted once that purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or unlawfully deleted, disclosed, lost, degraded, or accessed by unauthorised persons, or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

We use the following categories of data processors/third parties in connection with operating the website:

• The website's hosting provider
• CookieYes (cookie consent management)
• Google (reCAPTCHA on the contact form and Google Fonts)

These parties process information solely on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions, and may not use it for their own purposes, with the exception of Google, which, as an independent data controller, processes information in connection with reCAPTCHA and Fonts in accordance with its own privacy policy.

We generally only use data processors within the EU/EEA or in countries that can provide an adequate level of protection for your data. To the extent Google processes data in the USA, this is done on the basis of Google's own transfer mechanisms (including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where applicable).

You have the right to be informed of what personal data we process about you. You may also object to the processing at any time, request correction or deletion of inaccurate information, or ask us to restrict the processing of your information.
